My new watch (brought it a fortnight ago)
What is your daily schedule? What time do you wake up and go to work or school? What do you do when you get home? What time do you go to bed? Do you have a fixed daily routine?
Recently my sleeping pattern is haywire. I wake up when it’s night time and take my “breakfast” when everyone is having supper. Uncool. This week I’ve slept at 8pm, 10pm, 2am, 4am, 8am… and now I’m really feeling the effects it has on me. I’ve been busying with a few events and some family stuff, so that makes me have to travel to my aunt’s place this few weekends and staying up late on weekdays. I rushed to finish everything. However with my usual routine in disarray , I feel that I’m not as effective as I normally am. For example I keep forgetting where i put my things, and makes stupid mistakes.
Regular schedule provide a framework that lets you order your activities easier. When you try to eat, sleep, study at the same time every day, it becomes part of “YOU”. It may seem boring for some people, but for me it’s a blessing to have an orderly day. Now I’m trying to go back to my usual pattern. Something I’m familiar with. ^^
